Season One[]
The people at Phoenix Comics contact Radio Abel to let everyone know that they've cleared out and secured the entire north and west sides of Hemmins Town Square. They have clean water, strong walls, and armed sentries covering all approach roads. They say that they will welcome peaceful visitors looking to trade food or medical supplies, and that those visitors should identify themselves by wearing blue cloth on their heads.[1]
Season Two[]
Phoenix Comics expands their territory to cover the whole of Hemmins Town Square. They offer hot water, clean housing, and fresh meat twice a month to anyone willing to help with the farming and reconstruction efforts.[2]
