Interval Training allows the user to define intervals, set in the Zombies, Run! world. You have been 'promoted' to the Roughnecks, a team who clear up zombies from the vicinity, either just to reduce zombie numbers or to enable members of Abel to complete tasks, such as collecting firewood, zombie-free. Your task is to entice the zombies to follow you to where other members of the team wait to shoot them.
